Historique :	La machine à vapeur est acquise en 1905 par la société des mines de La Bellière (Saint-Pierre-Montlimart, Maine-et-Loire) auprès de la maison Crépelle et Cie, de Lille. Revendue la même année à Georges Leroy, industriel à Livarot, elle a servi jusqu'en 1968 à la production d'électricité pour l'éclairage des ateliers de l'entreprise Leroy.
