réguler la vie associative (bureau des étudiants et pôles) : s'assurer du bon respect des chartes, gérer le calendrier pour éviter les concurrences d'événements majeurs sur les mêmes dates ; gérer l'attribution des subventions en accord avec la direction générale au regard des projets qui lui sont soumis ; assurer un lien avec l'ensemble des services de l'école ; diffuser les bonnes pratiques au sein des projets ; obtenir d'éventuelles subventions et les redistribuer aux associations d'étudiants de l'ESC Amiens ; créer des activités sportives pour les étudiants
