promouvoir une ouverture interculturelle avec les compétences de chacun et sortir de l'isolement par le biais d'activités de cuisine, couture, de santé, de sport, de bien-être, de créativité, de conseil en image, de conseil en home standing, création d'un journal de quartier et de laisser place à l'imagination et l'envie des habitants ; lutter contre l'illettrisme en mettant en place des cours d'alphabétisation, des formations et ateliers pédagogiques ; organiser des événements festifs ; favoriser l'insertion socioprofessionnelle en mettant en place des actions et des formations afin d'améliorer l'accès à l'emploi et aussi l'accès à l'autonomie, favoriser l'accès à la qualification et l'insertion des jeunes, des personnes en difficulté et tout public ; mettre en place des activités scolaires et périscolaires ainsi que des créneaux pour une activité d'accompagnement à la scolarité ; assurer un pôle administratif pour apporter aux familles un soutien dans leurs démarches
