regrouper les personnes qui souhaitent participer, à Amiens, à un projet d'habitat groupé, écologique, accessible, intergénérationnel et ouvert à l'accession sociale ; préfigurer ce projet et en concrétiser les premières étapes, y compris en engageant ses membres dans la signature d'une promesse d'achat d'un terrain et en finançant les études préalables au dépôt d'un permis de construire ; assurer un rôle de vigilance sur le maintien des valeurs du projet d'habitat des fondateurs ; représenter collectivement les adhérents aux présents statuts auprès des partenaires sollicités pour concrétiser ce projet ainsi qu'auprès des regroupements de l'habitat groupé et participatif ; l'association est adhérente au mouvement Eco Habitat Groupé et se réfère à sa charte ; une société se substituera à l'association pour la signature définitive de l'acte d'achat du terrain
