Objet :

dresser un bilan des problèes actuels touchant les populations les plus démunies à Amiens, analyser leurs besoins avec l'enemble des travailleurs sociaux, professionnels concernés, par un véritable travail en réseau, rechercher les politiques les plus adaptées à ces différents problèes et besoins avec les concours qui paraitront utiles notamment ceux des administrations, des organismes publics ou privés, des associations intéressées au développement de cette action, l'association entre dans le schéma d'application de la prise encompte des populations précarisées, favoriser la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle des publics en forte précarité par le biais d'une bonne identification des freins à leur bon épanouissement à savoir freins administratifs et sociaux sanitaires, la personne en gerande difficulté de précarité, la plupart du temps néglige ou tout simplement ignore les déterminants santé (la santé étant entendue au sens de l'OMS, santé physique,santé mentale et santé sociale) lui permettant de se remettre dans le circuit d'insertion sociale ou professionnelle etc
