assurer la liaison nécessaire entre les associations qui lui sont rattachées et renforcer leurs liens avec la fédération ; coordonner les efforts de ces associations et appuyer leur action auprès des administrations ; participer à toute instance de consultation, de décision ou de réflexion concernant l'enseignement public au niveau académique ; former dans celle ci un centre d'étude des questions régionales ou nationales intéressant les parents d'élèves de l'enseignement public ; gérer, le cas échéant, des services d'intérêt régional ; inciter et veiller à la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle des programmes définis par la Fédération au sein de l'union académique et coordonner les actions des associations départementales et des membres des commissions ou groupes d'études constitués par la fédération à l'échelle nationale ; inciter et veiller à l'application des orientations validées par l'AG de la fédération et orienter l'action de la fédération sur les problèmes nouveaux
