Objet :

regrouper des clubs et des associations adhérant à son éthique ; définir ses orientations générales dans le respect de celles du Mouvement;assurer un rôle d'impulsion, d'information et de formation de ses membres ; les conseiller et leur apporter une aide technique adaptée au bon fonctionnement des clubs ou associations ; représenter le Mouvement toutes les fois qu'une action collective doit être exercée et d'être l'interprète des adhérents auprès des pouvoirs publics ou de toute autre institution ou association ; participer à toute étude des besoins des adhérents ; encourager la création et le développement, sur le plan départemental, d'une part des associations et clubs, d'autre part des actions et services au profit des membres des associations adhérentes ; organiser des manifestations pour ses adhérents, notamment dans les domaines : social, préventif, culturel, artistique, philanthropique, intergénérationnel, touristique et sportif, et plus généralement toutes manifestations dont le but est de rompre l'isolement de ses membres
