promouvoir la culture en Picardie et particulièrement la culture picarde, par la représentation théâtrale sous toutes ses formes (art dramatique, cabaret théâtre, récital poétique, théâtre de marionnettes) notamment aux enfants d'écoles élémentaires aux étudiants ; révéler et commenter les techniques, les oeuvres, les moyens, les modes d'expression, le rôle, le but du théâtre et sa place dans la vie culturelle ; initier aux techniques théâtrales toutes personnes de tous âges ; réaliser des animations culturelles à tous les niveaux, en tous milieux, en tous lieux et de façon apolitique ; participer à la transmission de la langue picarde et de la promouvoir ; interpréter les oeuvres devenues classiques, d'auteurs d'expression picarde ; révéler et interpréter les oeuvres d'auteurs d'expression picarde contemporains ; encourager la créativité particulièrement en ce qui concerne la culture régionale et l'expression picarde dans tous les domaines ; éditer des programmes afiches posters cartes postales autocollants badges phot texstes bandes dessinées et tous documents informatifs relatifs aux "théâtre d'animation picarde" ; sa vocation est étendue au statut d'entrepreneur de spectacles
