Objet :

favoriser l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes volontaires du centre EPIDE de Margny-lès-Compiègne et en particulier de faciliter l'obtention du permis de conduire en concourant à l'effort dans les domaines de la mobilité professionnelle, de l'autonomie et de l'adaptation au poste de travail ; en responsabilisant les membres dans la vie associative comme dans leur vie professionnelle et personnelle ; en contribuant à des actions de cohésion afin de créer un climat relationnel plus favorable à l'épanouissement du personnel et à l'efficacité des actions de formation et d'insertion ; l'association s'interdit toute discrimination et garantit notamment l'accès égal des femmes et des hommes à ses instances dirigeantes ; elle interdit en son sein toute discussion ou débat d'ordre politique ou religieux. Elle veille au respect de ces principes par ses membres ; elle exerce ses activités en accord avec la politique de l'environnement et du développement durable
