Objet :

accomplir une mission de communication sociale de proximité et assurer le fonctionnement d'une radio locale associative appartenant à la catégorie A des radios définie par la loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986.Développer les relations culturelles entre la ville de Compiègne et les étudiants de l'université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC). Le terme "association" doit être prise au sens large de groupe de personnes rassemblées autour d'un projet et intéressées par sa réalisation ainsi que par les activités culturelles afférentes visant à l'animation de la vie locale compiègnoise. Le projet principal est de nature radiophonique mais l'association pourra être amenée à proposer, promouvoir, animer, organiser, ou structurer toutes activité, troupe d'artistes ou représentation-concert parallèle au secteur radiophonique et pouvant aider au développement culturel local, dans le respect des autorisations nécessaires, supplémentaires à celle du CSA
