promouvoir la reconversion des chevaux de course réformés et en particulier la reconversion des trotteurs français ; sensibiliser le grand public et les acteurs de la filière hippique à cette cause ; rééduquer et démontrer la polyvalence de ces chevaux dans les divers sports équestres (cso, dressage, cce, trec, endurance, equifeel, etc ) ; faciliter la vente des chevaux réformés des courses par le biais d'un site d'annonces ( tocoeur.com) mettant en relation les propriétaires/entraineurs et les acquéreurs potentiels  ; trouver des solutions d'hébergement pour les chevaux retraités ou ne pouvant plus être montés ; protéger ces chevaux et veiller à leur bien-être, et tous objets similaires, connexes ou complémentaires ou susceptibles d'en favoriser la réalisation ou le développement
