Objet :

faire participer les habitants à la vie et à la gestion de leur territoire dans ses différentes dimensions (économique, sociale, culturelle, citoyenne) ; pour répondre à cet objet, elle poursuit en particuliers les objectifs opérationnels suivants : impliquer et faire intervenir les habitants dans l’amélioration de la qualité du cadre de vie et la gestion technique de leur environnement ; créer des activités, supports d’emplois et d’insertion sociale et professionnelle pour des habitants en difficulté, en partenariat avec les organismes concourant à cet objectif ; permettre un renforcement du lien social entre habitants et avec les partenaires favorisant une dynamique de développement social et communautaire ; contribuer à la valorisation et l’intégration des quartiers dans la ville, tant au niveau des habitants que de l’espace
