aider à organiser et à développer des rencontres et des activités éducatives et récréatives, en conformité avec le Projet éducatif de l'Association, à destination des enfants et des jeunes ; tous les enfants et les jeunes peuvent être concernés, les principaux destinataires étant ceux scolarisés dans l'Aisne, en particulier dans l'agglomération de Soissons  ; créer et d'approfondir les liens au sein de la communauté éducative formée par l'ensemble des éducateurs, personnels, jeunes et leurs familles participant à de telles activités, en favorisant les partenariats avec d'autres réalités institutionnelles et des mouvements au service de l'éducation ; et plus largement promouvoir l'interaction citoyenne dans la société dans sa diversité et sa mixité (de générations, de milieux sociaux, etc)
